Ergon Technologies is a global provider of inspection and maintenance services to the international oil and gas industry. The company is fully committed to highest ethical standards and conducting its business in accordance with the principles laid out in Article 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and applicable human rights, labour and employment, discrimination, health and safety, and immigration laws of the countries in which we operate.
Slavery and human trafficking can occur in many forms, such as forced labour, child labour, domestic servitude and workplace abuse. We use the terms ‘human trafficking and slavery’ to encompass all various forms of coerced labour.
We do not condone or use child labour, forced labour or human trafficking in any of our operations. We also endeavour to engage with other companies that embrace similar values and respect for human rights.

- Supplier code of conduct
All these documents are available on the Company’s website at www.ergontec.com that prohibits human trafficking and slavery in all forms, and we expect all employees and everyone with whom we do business to comply with our Code and the same standards and laws. Our suppliers are notified of the Company’s expectations for business conduct through supplier code of conduct.
Failure to abide by the Company’s policies can result in corrective action including termination of employment or the business relationship. The Company also maintains a Helpline for reporting any suspected violations or improper activity, whether within our business or supply chain. Any claims are vigorously investigated, and remediation is taken if warranted.
